As a former dental assistant, I know the pressures of making sure you deliver the best customer service at all times. I can truly say without hesitation, this office has exceeded my expectations! Services were always delivered in a prompt and timely manner. Never did I once have to wait for an extended period, before being called to the back. Everyone in the entire facility worked professionally and courteously, from the front staff, to dental assistants, Oral Surgeon and office manager. I couldn't have asked for a better team of individuals. The environment calm, comforting and welcoming. The office is nice and clean. Customer Service is on the money, professional, friendly, and informative. Now, if you need dental work Perla Dental of Desoto, is the exact place you are looking far. The dental service and procedures I received was the best ever!!! It is very hard to find a good dentist that accept my type of insurance and I have great insurance. They did! They listen to what the patient wants. They created a great plan for me going forward based on what I want.

I had not been to the dentist for a couple of years, and needed a tooth pulled. The Doctor gave me my options, and took care of it, and me! It was a great visit. Doctor and staff were fantastic!
